I've been in Silicon Valley real estate since 1999. After working years in the trenches, I founded Rainmaker Real Estate in Palo Alto, and eventually moved its headquarters to Los Altos.

We’re a fiercely independent, boutique residential brokerage, serving Los Altos, Palo Alto, Mountain View, Menlo Park, and surrounding communities.

Local Focus, Global Mindset

I speak both English and Mandarin fluently. My world travels, including South Africa, where I taught foundational business principles to local real estate agents, have given me insights into diverse cultures, and help me better understand both sides of the transaction, and most importantly, my clients.

I'm a graduate of the University of California at Berkeley and the Influence and Negotiation Strategies Program at Stanford University.

Building Community

My wife Lily and I live in Los Altos with our three children. We’re committed to giving back to our local community through non-profit and charity work.

In my free time, I enjoy cooking, rock climbing, poker and practicing Brazilian jiu-jitsu.
